Membership Application

Membership in the Washington Metropolitan Otolaryngology Head and Neck Society affords the opportunity to meet with your academic and private practice colleagues. The meetings begin informally with a cocktail hour followed by a formal dinner lecture. The subject of these lectures are diverse and usually include unique approaches to Head and Neck Cancer, Facial Plastics, Otology, and Pediatric Otolaryngology. The speakers have mainly been academicians. There is ample time for questions and answers before and after the presentations.

Membership requires the completion of an application annually. A $250 membership fee is required for one year or four dinner/lectures. If you wish to bring a guest ( P.A. or nurse practitioner) to a dinner, a $75 fee along with an RSVP is required. If you are a returning member, you need only to fill out the first four lines of the application and return to the current treasurer.
